CAM Development Partners is a licensed, insured, and bonded general contractor based in Virginia Beach, VA. We are built for full-scope commercial work, from federal and state projects to large private developments, where an owner needs one accountable partner rather than a roster of vendors to manage.

We are based in Virginia Beach and we work the Seven Cities: Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Hampton, and Newport News. Our crews, suppliers, and trade partners are all local, which is what lets us mobilize quickly and keep the same people on your project from mobilization through closeout.
Staying regional is deliberate. We know the permit offices, inspection processes, and site conditions in each city, and that familiarity protects your schedule.

Full-scope commercial work, top to bottom
Full scope means we own the project from the first budget through the final walkthrough. We handle preconstruction and estimating, pull the permits, run the trades in the field, coordinate inspections, and close the job out with punch and clean-up complete.
The trades that would normally be separate contracts all sit under ours. When a scheduling conflict or a code issue comes up between two of them, that is our problem to solve rather than yours to referee. You get one contract, one schedule, and one number to call.
